Hi there!

My name is Martha Trahan, I am a Certified Nutritionist, Certified Menopause Coach, Personal Trainer, a wife, a busy mom of 2 and this year I’m turning 48.

Since launching SheNutrition.ca, I have been helping women 40+ lose weight, gain muscle, look and feel their best, while also providing great and nutritious meals to their families.

I am not a fan of fad diets, supplements or radical approaches. I believe that the path to health and fitness should be one that my clients can and want to follow. One that they can stick with and see success.
